Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. You can do this process throug Your Account.

Note : we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Please note that products ordered from third-party marketplaces are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund. For assistance, please contact their support teams. Items purchased on Clearance Sale are not eligible for return. However, we accept exchanges for other sale items. Customised orders are not eligible for Exchange.

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we request you to get in touch with us within 48 hours, we will replace the product.For replacement or return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Kindly keep the products in it’s original packaging.
