Shipping Policy
- We ship orders across India .
- For International orders mail us on support@schonzapato.com.
- You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order.
- For orders under ₹2000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies, regardless of the payment method (Razorpay or Cash on Delivery)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Orders under ₹2000 will incur an additional ₹50 handling fee. Orders of ₹2000 and above will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹149.
Shipping Time
- Your order will reach you within 7-10 working days.
- Custom orders take upto 20-30 working days depending upon the kind of footwear ordered.

Out Of Stock
If a product appears to be available when you place your order and is Out Of Stock due to some error or defect we will notify you at the earliest that we cannot fulfil your order. The order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund for the entire amount.
