At Schon Zapato, we believe in clear communication and a fair exchange process. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Window

• We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
• Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

🚫 No Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds in any case.
• All eligible requests are processed only as exchanges.

• In rare and exceptional cases, if a refund is approved by the Schon Zapato team, COD charges and/or shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be processed as a refund.

Sale & Discounted Products

• Products purchased during sales or discount offers are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Please ensure correct selection before placing a sale order.

Exchange Charges

  • Orders below ₹2,000 → ₹75 flat shipping fee
  • For exchanges, customers can either pay a flat ₹150 exchange fee or choose to self-ship the product to us
  • All exchanges, including second or subsequent exchanges, are chargeable and must be borne by the customer
  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances

Exchange Options

Exchanges can be made for:

• The same product (size exchange), or
• A different style

• If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

COD Orders

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for exchange under the same policy terms.

Reverse Pickup

• Reverse pickup will be arranged by our team wherever serviceable.
• If reverse pickup is not available in your area, the product must be self-shipped by the customer.

Product Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and unworn
• The original shoe box and packaging must be intact
• Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Any claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect product must be supported with an unboxing video.
• The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims raised after 24 hours will not be processed.

Quality Check

• All exchanged products undergo a mandatory quality check.
• Exchanges are approved only after the product passes inspection.

Colour Disclaimer

• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution and do not qualify as defects.
