A flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies to all orders, regardless of order value or payment method (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery).

We offer exchanges on all eligible orders. A flat exchange fee of ₹150 per product is applicable on every exchange request.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchange requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that due to variations in photography and natural lighting, actual product colors may differ slightly from their appearance in the photographs This style fits true to size according to the size chart. For wide feet, we recommend choosing one size up

Note: If your footwear feels a little tight, do not worry; this is normal for new shoes. Your footwear will naturally adjust and mold to your foot shape in two to three wears.
